The Dog Walk is on a Saturday this year: October 3.
Check in 10:00-10:25 am. Walk begins at 10:30 am.
Costume Contest and Doggie Activities following the Walk.
Payment deadline to guarantee choice of shirt size is September 21.
Please select your t-shirt size.  This t-shirt is included with your registration fee.
Please print out and complete the Dog Walk Registration Form.
Email it to jerrymcg7@gmail.com or bring it on the day of the walk.
Please also print out a Dog Walk Sponsorship Form to collect donations from family and friends (optional).
Proof of rabies vaccination will be required when you check in on the day of the walk (if not sent in earlier).
