fetch! Co-Founder John Griveas did a video interview with LHS President Rock Vallone. Check it out. Then head over to fetchmeatreat.com and treat yourself and a furry friend.

October Special on Cats

Been Thinking of Getting a Cat?
Now is the Time

There's a saying, "You can never have too many cats."  Hmm, we almost do, and there are so many waiting for room at the Inn, so we are reducing the cat adoption fees for this month. Fees are as follows:

Cats:  $40 each
Two cats:  $60 for both
Kittens:  $60 each
Two Kittens:  $90 for both
Cat and a Kitten:  $75 for both

**ATTENTION**

As is the case with many organizations, here at Lakeshore Humane we are trying to strike a balance to keep the public, our volunteers and our animals as happy and healthy as possible! 💗

With that in mind, we have decided to cancel public adoption days for the immediate future, and limit visits to APPOINTMENT ONLY to view the animals.

We appreciate your understanding, and your patience and we are truly grateful for your continued support! 💗😊🐶🐱

**The Lakeshore Humane Society is a non-profit, all volunteer organization, dedicated to helping protect the welfare of all animals and providing humane education to our community. We pride ourselves in being a no-kill shelter.

VOLUNTEER

Not everyone is capable of a monetary donation.  That doesn’t mean you are not valuable to us.  You can also help us by donating your time. Volunteering is a huge part of LHS, it’s the backbone of our operation.  We need volunteers to walk dogs and socialize cats, to lend a hand at our adoption events and fundraisers or as a foster home, we need your help! Check out our section on VOLUNTEERING

FEATURED RESIDENT

Spartacus

Spartacus has an interesting pattern on his face. This mostly black kitten has white feet, white tummy, a white necklace and a rather large white area on one side of his nose. Estimated to have been born in June, he is the most loving kitten and demands a lot of cuddling and attention.
